Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices, including mobile phones and tablets. Your primary focus will be the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate: Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing coding standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through comprehensive testing.
Maintenance: Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain the functionality, performance, and overall quality of the application.
Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the iOS ecosystem.
Documentation: Create technical documentation for code and systems as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency with Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in alignment with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products/services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the Ugandan market.
